Structural and Holistic Osteopathic Care, Tailored to You
At Reformative Health, osteopathic care starts with a thorough assessment of how your body is actually moving. Dr Samantha Evans takes a structural and holistic approach, looking at how your muscles, joints, and movement patterns work together to identify what is driving your discomfort, not just where it shows up.
Every consultation is tailored to the individual. Whether you are managing a recurring injury, dealing with postural tension from desk work, or looking to move and feel better day to day, Dr Samantha Evans builds a care plan around your specific needs and goals. Treatment is paired with practical guidance on exercises, posture, and lifestyle factors to support lasting results beyond the appointment itself.
Reformative Health is located in Varsity Lakes, a short drive from Burleigh Heads and convenient for patients across Robina, Mudgeeraba, and the wider southern Gold Coast.

How Does Osteopathy Help?
Osteopathy takes a hands-on and holistic approach to assessing and treating musculoskeletal issues. At Reformative Health, Dr Samantha Evans considers how muscles, joints, and movement patterns work together to identify what might be contributing to pain or restricted movement.
Each consultation starts with a thorough assessment, including a discussion of symptoms, movement habits, and relevant lifestyle factors. Treatments can include joint mobilisation, myofascial release, dry needling, taping, and cupping, all tailored to the individual.
Dr Samantha Evans also provides practical guidance on posture, daily activities, and exercises to help maintain the benefits of treatment. The focus is on supporting the body to function more efficiently and addressing the factors behind discomfort, not just the symptoms.
Why Choose Dr Samantha Evans as Your Female Osteopath?
For many patients on the Gold Coast, having a female osteopath matters. Whether it is personal preference, comfort during hands-on treatment, or simply wanting a practitioner you feel at ease with, Dr Samantha Evans provides a calm, considered, and unhurried treatment environment. Nothing is done without explanation, and patients are always involved in decisions about their care.
Dr Samantha Evans works closely with patients to create recovery plans that suit their individual needs, ensuring care is collaborative and informed. With a focus on practical, measurable improvements, the goal is to help patients move more comfortably and maintain results beyond the treatment room.
