Who Are We?

Reformative Health is a multidisciplinary clinic in Varsity Lakes dedicated to a structural, evidence-based approach to both musculoskeletal care and internal wellbeing. Founded by Dr. Samantha Evans, our practice is built on the principle that optimal health requires a balance of sound physical structure and balanced internal function. We focus on identifying the underlying mechanical and biochemical causes of discomfort rather than addressing symptoms in isolation.

With a clinical background that includes supporting AFL and VFL athletes, Sam combines hands-on osteopathic techniques—such as joint mobilisation and soft tissue therapy—with practical exercise rehabilitation and integrative Naturopathy. By addressing health from both the outside in and the inside out, we provide a comprehensive pathway for recovery.
