Who Are We?

Reformative Health is an osteopathic clinic in Varsity Lakes dedicated to a structural and evidence based approach to musculoskeletal care. Founded by Dr Samantha Evans, our practice is built on the principle that optimal function follows sound structure. We focus on identifying the underlying mechanical causes of discomfort rather than addressing symptoms in isolation.

With a clinical background that includes supporting AFL and VFL athletes, Sam combines hands on techniques such as joint mobilisation and soft tissue therapy with practical exercise rehabilitation. We believe recovery is a collaborative process.
